comments: click this really classy looking automobile to see the kosovoians? waving their albanian flags at the library. look closely at that pic, see the upsidedown american flag? hahah.

and speaking of classy automobiles... did any of you happen to watch the new knight rider movie on sunday?? whether you did or didn't, you may find this running commentary of it hilarious. unfortunately, I watched it. the only saving grace was reading that live commentary. that guy hit the nail on the head. basically, I sat through a 2 hour ford commercial. why???!!

Ugh. I also spent a few minutes watching Knight Rider. I'll never get back that time.

And, I saw that Kosovo cruiser in part of a 3-car caravan driving and honking down Kingsway from Burnaby at around 2pm yesterday. Lots of flag waving and people hanging out the window -- my first thought was that their team must've won a soccer game as that kind of celebratory behavior is common around here by various groups whenever there is some big soccer game somewhere in the world. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they were gleeful for *holy shit* their country's independence. Wow.
