comments: I finally tried big lou's, it's a newish place in the 'hood run by the 2 chefs guys. since I had to go into the office on the weekend, I thought I'd get a massive amount of all possible textures of pork. crunchy, crispy, chewy, tender, fatty and alll delicious. I couldn't give it a perfect score cuz I had to pay $10 for a sandwich. I wonder what $10 would get me a block to the east? anyway, click to see the plucked reamains of the opsal steel building.
